    I worked in a SNF straight out of school and only lasted a month. It was hard but I really kick myself now for not sticking it out. Now I'm stuck doing home health and am trying hard to get back into...

    I'm considering getting a job in LTC. I tried it once before and didn't last very long because I just couldn't cope with the work load. I'm trying other avenues but they just don't pay as well as LTC....
