    Hello again Ms. Suzanne, WA requires that license should be active and current when endorsing to them. Does it mean that I should have worked specifically in Vermont before I can apply for endorsement...

    Thank you Ms. Suzanne. I read again WA's requirement for endorsement but couldn't see anything that they require the CES for endorsement. Also, on the CGFNS site, it says that ... "June 12, 2008...
