Yes, Siby the nat has to be taken at fccj... im pretty sure that you have to make an appointment w/ the testing center and it cost around 40 bucks.

yah.. i was in the navy for 8 years... and as the program states, you get a monthly allowance of 1k... just like bah or bas. that's why it SEEMS like it wouldn't be taxed, because of the way they present it.

It's suprising that you're taxed on the bonus because they present it as an allowance, not as an enlistment bonus as it actually is.

I called and the lady said that my order will be shipped out after the holidays... wierd, considering that it's been over a month since I put the order in... but at least I know it's not just out there floating around. Thanks for the # !
