I believe it takes longer to enter as LVN to BSN. They have 4 cohorts a year with 50 openings and then it goes by a point system giving new students priority. I'm not exactly sure though, you may want to call the nursing dept at NU.

Yes, work experience IS mandatory! You must have the min. 6 months medical experience, and it's very difficult getting into a hospital position right now. I've been trying for the past 4 months or so. Good luck.

They don't have a wait list but you do need to pass the TEAS with a score of 95% and have 6 months or more previous medical experience to even be considered.
