    NC requires a set number of in class and clinical hours before you can challenge but I'm told other states are different. I agree with the other posters, check with your states

    The hospitals here hire cnas but they have to agree to become NA2 within one year of hire. If you like a fast pace and constant change go for it.

    Yes, I'm told phlebotomy by itself is hard to find a job with, but combine it with cna and you're chances of working in a hospital go wayyyy up :) I'm on the waiting list for the phlb class
