   My GPA 3.70 when I applied last year by May'09. I got a email saying I was not selected in August, 09. Then I got another email this January, telling me I was selected. I received my check already. Hope this help! :)

    No, you don't need to be in district to apply to CCC, but you have to pay out of district tuition if you don't live in Chicago. By the way, I was notified today that I got accepted to Truman nursing program. I'm so excited and happy.
