    We do about 3000 births a year, We staff 4 to 1 in our triage, 2 to 1, in active labor, 3 to 1 for anetpartums....we only have 1 nurse in an uncomplicated delivery. I come home most days

    Our patients stay in L&D until they are off of the mag!!! Not fair to a PP nurse to give her even 2 other pp patients along with a mag, because we all know that 2pp patients really equal 4, 2 moms...
