   I think if you call Excelsior, like I did they will have nothing bad to say about Rue. The are some companies that you have to be careful with, but I think that Rue is not on of those. That was my experience anyway.

   I have to completely disagree. I used Rue and they were very helpful and I got through the program thanks to their support and encouragement. They also gave me an interest free loan which saved me a lot of money in the long run. I have friends who tr...
