    thank you so much. I do have the kaplan study book, the review for foreign nurses that come with kaplan. i wil follow your plan, and try to take the exam by Aug. then. I am only waiting for the ATT....

    you can pay the exam without the ATT but times starts running since the date you pay and if you don;t have the ATT you lose
