i need help on how to state the nursing diagnosis for my patient: Infected wound on left thigh creatinine: 700 liver cirrhosis ascites BP of 180/90 respiratory rate:28 cycles/min. how to state the nsg diagnosis is my weakness. I need help. thanks!
