    is it nbi and police clearance or nbi or police clearance? police clearance for abroad here in the province cost way too much than getting an nbi (which cost 100 pesos)...and waiting time for police...

    u have to pay before they can issue the DS-230 forms...in my case i paid the visa fees, affidavit of support and legal fees of my dependents around $3350 (a hubby and 2 kids)...now im just waiting...
