   yeah i took my board end of sept and passed first try..im here in the bay area california..the D.O.N at the facility told me she gives newly grads a chance and trains them real good...she was the only luck i got in tryin to find a job...so yeah ill l...

   anyone here work for a convalescent home and is working on-call? how do you like it and how does it work? how many hours a week do you usually work? just curious because i have an opportunity to have my first LVN job but it's on call. any advice?
