    I dont know about the US but in canada you cant wear shoes with a heel strap. If you have any sort of on the job injury they can deny you insurance due to inproper

    The only thing that works for me is rotating my shoes. I wear several different types of runners and clogs. I basically wear a different pair of shoes for each shift in my set.........I dont know why...
