My answer would be to go get another insulin syringe..I was always taught never to give insulin with anything other than a specific insulin syringe..too much room for error

Ask her if she needs to use the restroom...when she asks why..mention that you thought she may need someone to wipe her @ss for her since she is obviously incapable of doing anything for herself...
