I'm thinking of taking the CHFN next. Do you have any insight on preparing for that one?

I just passed the CCRN, and now I'm thinking of taking the CMC exam. Has anyone here taken it? I saw a few posts, but they were mostly a little older. The passing rate isn't as good as the CCRN passing rate. Does anyone have advice to prepare?

Thomas is $12/hour. I don't think there are any shift differentials, but I am not certain. I have worked there as an extern for the past year, and they have been great to me. I would definitely recommend them. Good luck!
