   I'm thankful that we don't have monitor techs. I wouldn't feel safe having someone else reading the monitor while I was pushing the drug. It's my license, not theirs. We don't have monitor screens in each room, so we bring in the Zoll while we do it....

   I can suction...no problem. Worked 4 years with vented/trached pts. Just keep the eyeballs away from me...especially the prostetic (sp?) ones.

    We run Heparing & NTG together all the time in the same line. As for Lovenox vs. Heparin gtt...we're probably about 50/50. All depends on the doc's preference.
