    Compare the RR in all of the answers for the one which is within normal limits is answer D that is why D and not C is the answer.

    Answer D is correct because the respiratory rate is within normal limits which is not the case on the other choices presented to you. Normal Respiratory Rate for an adult is 12-20 rpm.
