i don't want to come off sounding rude or anything like that, but, this is a nursing licensure exam. all questions are geared towards determining a persons compentency to practice as a nurse. .....so no, there is no other focus.

the questions are selected, based on what previous questions were previously missed. say you are going along and doing fine...and then you miss a sata question. they will hit you again with another similar question to give you the chance to prove you...
