    I work in Washington too. When I graduated in March 2007, I found that most LTC facilities pay any where from $18-25 an hour. Doc offices $14-17. Hospitals $15.50 on up. Jennifer

    Most nurses are underpaid. It also depends what kind of nursing you do and how educated you are. However, I think most nurses went into nursing not for the riches. Jennifer
