College network is only a tutoring company, they are not afiliated with Excelsior. Neither is RUE. You will pay more going this route. Go through Excelsior, call and talk to an advisor.

The statement regarding applying for the CPNE after NC4 is incorrect. You are not eligible to take it until you have completed the 7th test and you have 21-31 of the gen eds. It may have changed since you wrote this, but it is a fact now.
