1. Do Hospitals view BSN over ADN nurses.

   Some hospitals will only hire BSN nurses if they have enough applicants with BSNs to be that selective. Having an ADN may limit where you are able to get hired. Once you are in, however, I don't think there is much of a difference in pay.

   I am starting school in the fall and I have not spent a lot of time in a hospital setting so I am afraid that seeing so much will freak me out. I am talking about trauma and death...I don't know how you prepare yourself for that!!
