    I've been in dialysis for about 8 years and still remember the first 6 months...nightmare....I've also been a preceptor and as such would suggest you write out all procedures...that will help you...

    I just started working 12 hour shifts in dialysis and I was working 10 hours shifts doesn't really seems much worse yet...having an extra day off is really great
