   hello every one well i will say that the pay in chicago is $20-$23 depending on which LTC facility you go to and the southern suburbs pay $19-$22 from what i have heard and i am not sure about agency.

   i live in the chicago land area and the pay rates are 18-23 to start some places have benefits and shift differentials. agency's pay by the type of plce they send you some you need exp. and some you don't but the agencies pay 23-30 per hour.
