   I had a paitent in the ER who came in S.O.B. tell me that we took too long, it was too late and "I'm dead". When the doctor asked how she could still be talking then she just glared at us.

   I'm still in school ,but the hospital that's sponsoring me also does across the board raises. I think that's fair, but they should also do merit based raises in addition to that. Otherwise, they can't complain when people don't go above and beyond ...
