TRAINING in in the Philippines is not credited, you are right, but if you think it will give you confidence, then take it.. like for example IV training... it is one of the functions of a generalist...

your finger printing has nothing to do with your EAD... finger print is for your AOS and GC.... so you will get your EAD ahead and you will see that there is no finger print on
