    Sorry you had a rough shift, but to me it seems your ER is wasting a couple of staff members. One to answer the EMS phone????? and an LPN to greet patients???? Woudln't these nurses be better suited...

    Plenty of jobs for new grads outside Boston. Unfortunatly I think most of the Boston hospitals prefer BSN and most require it, and they also seem to prefer to hire within or new grads who have done...
