    hi, Before you just up and quit sit down with the nurse manager and explain the situation. Maybe it can be resolved and he or she is not aware that the other staff are taking advantage of you.

    Also if you re-inject blood into a muscle that can be very irritating and increase chance of introducing infection since you would be enterying the skin twice with the same needle/syringe.

    If cardizem didn't convert it Adenosine isn't going to either. You have a better chance of converting with cardizem than with adenosine and adenosine has about a six second slowing of the ventricular...

    Did someone say syncronyzed cardioversion? If this patietn was filling up secondary to her HR and not vise versa, this should have been concidered. A little sedation and electricity can go a long way....

    When you guys talk about prioritizing questions do you mean you have to give the order in which you would do a procedure, or just picking which thing you would do first or which patient you would see...
