    Thanks, you too. I'm sure NICU isn't the best route, but I figure I should do something I really enjoy in the meantime...i would be miserable on an adult ICU

    Hi Can't speak for everyone, but I know Children's starts at $23/hr and I think the other hospitals are around that..maybe $20-23. Plus night or weekend diffs which are usually about 3 or 4 dollars...
