    yea my aunt was a midwife in england and i think the majority of oBs there prefer to do mediolateral epis' to help prevent 4th degrees..i seldom see mediolateral episiotomies cut

    thanks..just curious bc i did have a pt withOUT back labor and baby was OP ,so the doc actually manually rotated babe to OA (due to distress the babe was already in). it worked, vacuum applied x2 then...

    Yes i agree regarding the intensity of her UCs. Unfortunately she would hyperstim when Pit was increased past 9mu..she also didnt want an epidural. Maybe just FTP
