    I know you are not talking about LTC setting but FYI the ratio is more like 28-1 nurses (RN or LPN), with the CNA ratio being 10-13 to 1.

    It all depends on the facility, some pay overtime after 8 hrs, most by the week anything over 40 hrs, never heard of over 80 hrs. The weasels what will they try next?
