Your right on the money. I feel the same way you do, but have to say there are other nursing jobs out there that are not as bad. That is the reason I left the hospital and will probably never go back to working in one.

I went to work on a Med-Surg/Oncology floor straight out of school, then moved on to a long term care facility, then lucked out an got a job as a Life Skills School Nurse for an elementary school. By far my best job/lesser stress was the life skills ...

Read/Scan as much of the assignment you can before class, Listen and take really good notes in class, then go back and reread the areas that you may not have understood well after class.
