  1. I'm sure u guys did fine. Your test sounds similiar to mine. I took the test in july and waited 5 weeks and 1 day for the results so I know how u feel. But I was happy to see that I passed. When those passing results come in the mail it will be a huge relief. Good luck! Think positive. U will be posting that u passed soon.

Took NCLEX PN Aug. 30th.....85 quest.

Your test sounds similiar to mine. I went through the same thing you are going through. I walked out of that testing center in shock and confused. I was trying to remember every question I had and I would look them up to see if I had the right answer. I think the best thing to do is to just keep yourself busy and to think positive. I waited 5 weeks and found out that I passed. When you find out that you passed in a few weeks it will be a relief to get that out of the way. Good luck to you.

I just took the exam an hour ago....

I know how u feel. I took my exam a month ago. I walked out of the testing center confused and felt like I knew nothing. But I just found out yesterday that I passed for LVN, so I know it's easier said than done, but just try to keep busy and think positive. I'm sure you all did fine. Good Luck.

I Passed: I Am Soooo Happy

I have to give God all the glory on this. I just received my results today in the mail the I have passed my boards for LVN. I really did not know if I passed or failed with 90 something questions. I am so happy. I waited for 5 weeks and 1 day and I think I came on this site almost everyday during that wait. Thanks to God, my family for putting up with my worrying, and to allnurses.com. All of the positive comments on this site really helped me get through the wait. I wish positive results for those who have taken it and are waiting and for those who will be taking it soon. It's time to celebrate. Whew. I'm an official LVN :)

Just a question on results of the NCLEX-PN

I am in the same boat as you. My test stopped around 90 something questions. I walked out of the testing center confused. I will be going crazy as well waiting for results, but all I can do is think positive & pray that I passed. Good luck to you.

    taking the nclex tomorrow..

I would not review anymore, I would just take some time to relax. I think it's ok to go over quick facts, but I know for myself it made me even more nervous when I tried to go over too many things the day before. Good Luck to you.

    Took NCLEX PN: WOW

I took the NCLEX PN yesterday. I walked in the testing center nervous with my heart pounding out of my chest, but I was still thinking positive and telling myself that I could do this because I studied hard. I walked out of that testing center confused and scared with no idea of what my results would be. After 85 questions I stopped looking at the number, but I know I had about 5 or 6 more questions and the screen went blank. So I had around 90 something questions. I was hoping the test would keep going so I could answer more questions, but it didn't:banghead:. I knew it would be a challenge, but I had no idea it would be that difficult. I studied so hard, and can't even imagine reading another word from my Saunders book. Everyone keeps saying don't worry you passed, but that makes me even more nervous. I live in Cali so I have a looong wait. I'm just praying for a Positive outcome.

Hello everyone I graduated from LVN school on March 14, 2008. I just received my papers in the mail today ( 5 /13/08) to schedule my NCLEX test date. I am just really nervous and not sure if I have studied enough. I have been studying saunders comprehensive pn book for about two months and doing a lot of questions on the CD but I haven't finished the book yet. I was thinking of doing the KAPLAN review. Does anyone have any info on how that review is. For those that have taken the NCLEX, how did you know when u were ready? I am thinking of scheduling for the begining of JUNE.

    Need Help With Nclex Please

Hey. Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to follow it and hopefully I'll have great results. Congratulations on passing your NCLEX.
  16. Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum, but i was wondering if someone could give me some advice on studying for the NCLEX. I just graduated from LVN school two weeks ago and I am confused about what I should study first. I have a Saunders PN book that I have been studying from, a Saunders Q & A, and a Lipincott book. My instructor said that are class should be ready to take the exam by May. I'm just not sure how to get all of the information read by May. So if anyone has any advice on what i should focus on the most it would really help. Thanks.
