    Paramedics are allowed to suture in the field, and in many ERs the techs are Paramedics (Children's in Chicago only hires EMT-Ps as techs, for example), so I don't see why they couldn't suture

    Nice, and I didn't get a raise this year, and tuition got raised by $5000 per year because of the "tough financial times" at UPMC. I'd be happy to make HALF of what he makes in my LIFETIME....
