   I always address my pts as Mr. and Ms. We were taught in class to do this unless they gave us permission to call them by their first name. So I have stuck to this.

   Great advice! I also have this test when I go back. Our instructor gave us a sheet to fill out. I am using this to study. I made xerox copies also and everyday I work on trying to fill them in from memory. It helps tremendously.

   I am also changing careers in my 40's. I will graduate in September and I love the nursing career. Make sure you have alot of support from your family as school is very time consuming.....but well worth it. Good luck!
