    the hosptial i work for now is a for-profit hospital now. they call patients "clients" and talk about "market share" with other hospitals in the city. i am ready to be out of this setting and NMMC seems to be a good place.

    thank you, it does help, i guess it would be great to be able to stay close to home at Baptist but i checked on their website and it seems like there were only limited positions. i am a tele nurse and would like to stay in something more high acuity.

    thanks. i would like to be close to home but the baptist hosptial seems really small and only limited positions were available, so i thought i'd try tupelo. do you know anything about NMMC? do they keep their nurses? do people like working there?
