Emily Jordan RN

With over 9 years of experience as an RN in the clinical healthcare industry and a BA in English with a passion for writing, I have honed my skills as a writer and healthcare professional. My interests lie in most all healthcare topics, and am most enthusiastic about geriatrics, end of life care and mental health. To merge these interests professionally, I am furthering my education as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (expected 2025).

In October of 2023, I launched The Primary RN in pursuit of providing creative, engaging and reliably sourced health-related content. I have the unique position to offer the voice that is clinically knowledgeable and relevant to today's healthcare market.
