I graduated nursing school May 2015, and worked in critical care for over 7 years. About half of my career in Florida, and half in California. I also have a coaching business where I help clients to achieve their hopes and dreams through accountability. Mental health is a passion of mine, and I love to help others live to their fullest potential.

    I agree! The more nurses we have on board, the more likely that change will occur. It has really been inspiring to see firsthand how safe staffing makes a difference.
