   I was accepted to the program in a previous cohort so things may have changed. What I did was send the TEAS report using their dropdown box and selecting SJDC ADN. The college transcripts are sent to [email protected].

   Yes, there is a SJDC ADN program option on the TEAS website. Select that option and send your report to it.
