About GaryLAX

Hi There - I am a midlife career changer moving from marketing to nursing.  I started my journey as a volunteer at the CSMC ED in 2019 and have also been a COPE Health Scholar since 2020 at Adventist Health Glendale. Additionally, I have been a volunteer at the American Red Cross and currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Western LA Region.  I am starting UCLA's MECN program this fall and am very excited to kick off this journey.  In my free time, I enjoy pilates, my two dogs, travel, food, and wine.
