   OK here is an update. I e-mailed the BNE to find out if my application was recieved and they said it was processed on 2-6-06 and sent to the enforcement board for review. So that took about a month....

   I sent my declatory order application to the BNE at the begining of January to clear up a class B misdomener from 10 years ago when I was 17. I will let you know how long it takes for me to here back...
