    NP! I'm an external applicant from UofT. I dunno about internal applicants having a lower chance but I think your GPA is pretty good so I wouldn't dwell on it too

    My cGPA was a 3.0 and my last 10 credits were about 3.6 at the time of applying and I got an acceptance letter on April 30th. I wouldn't worry too

    Yea I can probably attest to this my CGPA was a 3.0 and my GPA for my last 10 courses was about a 3.6 and at the time of applying. I got a conditional offer on the 30th as well. So you shouldn't worry...
