About Squeamish BBA LPN

Squeamish BBA LPN has 36 years experience as a LPN and specializes in Cardiac Telemetry.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Ø Greater than 10 years of experience in the business of healthcare.

Ø Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an Associate’s Degree in Science, and credentialing as a Nurse obtained from an 18-month hospital-based Nursing program.

Ø Upon graduation worked for 5 years in telemetry & critical care. From there transitioned to high tech infusion therapy in the home care setting, for more than 8Y. That included becoming a subject matter expert in the administration of negative pressure wound device therapy, and the administration of (IVIg) used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases.

Ø In 2009 joined Lincare as a Clinical Specialist III. Whilst there was allowed to liaise with customers and physicians. During my 7Y tenure contributed to the successful launch of noninvasive ventilators, anticoagulation mgmt. devices, and assisted in the care center obtaining a ranking of #1 in oxygen growth in the Richmond, Virginia market.

Ø Dovetailing these successes was recruited by Amedisys, a nationally ranked skilled home care provider. Working in a Business Development capacity [in a competitive market] during my 2Y tenure was selected Rookie of the Year in year 1, and promoted to business development mentor in year 2. Seeking greater responsibility  …

Ø BioGENE, LLC was born, out of a desire to maintain existing relationships, while awaiting a return to the corporate world. As the Managing Director and Owner, for 1Y, I lead a small cross functional [1099] team consisting of one Admin Assist & two sales reps. I used a Challenger Sales methodology to promote the benefits of pharmacogenetics to physicians, urgent care centers & senior living facilities.

Ø Currently, seeking a corporate “home” while contributing to the business of healthcare for 3 months I had been a Care Mgr, w/ Creo Wellness, a small healthcare tech startup. [Unfortunately, they lost funding]. I’ve experience regularly leading groups (of 5-20) delivering in-services, train the trainer events, and participation in trade shows. I have an intense, results-oriented approach, high energy, balanced with a “take charge” attitude leading via teamwork and collaboration.
