   Hello! I am a new grad ICU nurse and have been working for a little less than a year and a half....I would like to start studying for the CCRN but am not sure what resources to use since I'm still kind of new...any suggestions would be appreciated!

   Does anyone know if they contact employers? I am currently employed, but I requested that they don't contact them as they are unaware that I am applying to nursing school...I just don't know if that looks bad ?
