   From what I read I’m pretty sure in-state is $21,505 and out-of-state is $34,889 not including books, room and board, and other stuff not included in tuition fees

   I only applied to southern too for the same reasons! I wasn’t eligible to apply to southern last year, so I had applied to some other local programs but the cost of tuition was crazy
