   I disagree. Any time you advocate for your patient is not a mistake. Pain is what the patient says it is...remember nursing school? I don't believe it is a mistake to ask the doctor for a different pain med because at least you are doing something....

    I applied on feb 2 and did digital interview feb 3. This is my 2nd round with Baylor and I hope I get an interview this time. didn't make it past digital interview for Winter cohort. Fingers crossed!
