   True! CyFair director is hard to get on the line but I did just leave a voicemail and email. The department said again to give it another day or two because she enters in manually and they were closed...

   Elsevier representative told me it was sent and also when I called the Cy-Fair department they said they just haven’t entered the score in and it will take a few days and basically “just wait”....
