    I think after the March 30th deposit deadline you should here back from Duke. Well that's how most program work--those accepted decline by the date and then they send out decision letters to those on...

    My sister is a graduate student at Penn and school is fantastic....you can live super cheap in Philly. Housing is so affordable (one bedroom $750).
