   My thoughts exactly, because I’ve read of so many that were selected that were able to login no problem, while the rest of us, probably the unselected ones can’t get through at all.

   Are you going to apply to National if you don’t get into city? I’m starting to think that as well, because if the site was down then people that were selected wouldn’t be able to login either, right?

   I think you may be right. I turned mine in on January 31st. My last name starts with H and it’s still pending.

    My application status has changed to COMPLETE, evaluation status says PENDING. my last name starts with H and this is the first year that I have applied to FCC.
