Quincy College Fall 2020
I am wondering if anyone here had been accepted into Quincy College's Fall 2020 program? I am also looking for feedback from anyone currently enrolled in their nursing program. I'd love to hear about your experience and how it is running now. Thanks?

I called admissions today, because I have a physical next week and I know they need all of your vaccinations up to date and I couldn't find a list on their website of which ones they require prior to classes starting. (Getting ahead of myself, I know but I would really rather just get stuff done while I'm already there.) The woman I spoke to said they won't be deciding until this semester ends. In May. ? Waiting that long is going to be hard. If anyone is interested in which vaccines they are looking for: Tdap, hep B, varicella, MMR, flu, and a PPD

Hi! I applied for the full time days program. Has anyone gotten an update from admissions? Looking at past threads it seems they usually send out their acceptance letters very late. Does anyone have an idea of what rubric score admitted students have gotten in the past? I got a 78 on my TEAS and I have a 59-64 on my rubric (depending how how I did on my essay.... Anyone know how they grade that?) Good luck to all!

I would love some help/advice on my application essay. Question: Why would I be a good candidate for the nurse education program. (rough draft) I feel I would be an excellent candidate for the XXXXX College Nurse Education program. I have worked in healthcare since 2004. I started working directly in patient care as a nursing technician in 2009 and made my way into the Emergency Department shortly after. My role in the Emergency Department, however vital, is a support role. After more than 10 years of hands-on experience I feel confident and ready to take the next step. I am dedicated, hardworking, organized, proficient at multitasking and prioritizing, and most importantly compassionate. I love my job and am confident I will excel in this nursing program due to my knowledge base, work and study habits, and drive. Any/all advice is greatly appreciated (and needed ?)
