Do you think they would hire a new grad from out of state?

I also got rejected after a little over a week. I think I am going to reapply closer to graduation and maybe when I have my NCLEX test date! I am honestly really discouraged

Have you applied anywhere else in Arizona? I also applied to Banner, I just haven’t been to any hospitals being out of state!

Yes, I applied the 27th. This is my #1 choice! I am just worried that with being out of state and never being a nurse tech or CNA or anything they might not think I'm qualified or something. Are you from AZ or MN?
